缩短附塔大管道支架计算选型耗时的研究

摘要: 通过分析附塔大管道支架人工计算选型的过程和方法,得出参数多、人工计算量大且要反复验算是导致附塔大管道支架计算选型难、耗时长的主要原因。通过编写计算程序改变附塔大管道支架计算选型现状,并以实例检验其应用效果。实践证明,通过编写计算程序,缩短了附塔大管道支架计算选型的时长,克服了人工计算效率低且易出错的问题,为附塔大管道支架计算选型提供了快速且有效的计算工具

Abstract: By analyzing the process and methods of manually calculating and selecting large pipe support of towers, it was concluded that various parameters, large amount of manual calculation and repeated checking were the main reasons for the difficult and time-consuming calculation and selection. A calculation program was written to change the current calculation and selection of large pipe support of towers, and its application effect was tested with an example. Practice has proved that by writing the calculation program, the calculation and selection time of large pipe support of towers was shortened, and the problems of low manual calculation efficiency and error-proneness were solved, providing a fast and effective calculation tool for the calculation and selection of large pipe support of towers.
